  • 50 cl full cream whipping
  • cream
  • 300 g flour
  • 15 cl of coconut milk
  • 1 knob of butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Oil
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1 glass of water

  1. Put the flour in a bowl and add the butter and a pinch of salt.
  2. Gradually add the coconut milk.
  3. Work the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  4. Take a piece of the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin. Make the desired shape (flower).
  5. Repeat until the dough is finished and cover with a cloth.
  6. Heat the oil in a saucepan and put the mocha flowers in it.
  7. The syrup: In a pot add the 100 g of sugar, glass of water and the vanilla bean. Let boil at medium heat for 10 minutes and plunge the fritters into it.
