[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The conservation of vanilla beans
You can store the vanilla beans in an airtight glass tube, wrapped in wax paper or food paper, at room temperature in a dry place. However, please let them breathe once a month for one hour.
You can also place it in a metal box, wrapped in wax paper or food paper, at room temperature in a dry place away from humidity.
Others will recommend that you put the pods in a rum or vodka base, or even freeze them individually under vacuum. This is possible but we do not recommend it.
Do not put them in the refrigerator because the pods will lose their aroma and good smell. Do not leave outdoors as the pods will dry out. If unfortunately this happens to you, soak them in a small rum base, it will give them a second life. Do not put them in the freezer.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][tbay_gridposts category=”recettes” thumbsize=”full” columns=”2″ number=”8″ align=”center” grid_columns=”3″ loop=”size:9|order_by:date|post_type:post”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
